If I could leave zero stars I would. I am here all the time and it has never changed. First you’ll sit at the order screen for 3 minutes in complete silence. Then someone will come across and ask you to hold on. Another 2 minute passes. Person comes back across asks me what I want. Give my order, pull up and wait another 3 minutes for them to take my card for payment. Mind you they are dead as a door nail. The people here are rude and they hate their job. I say thanks and they say nothing. A total of 8 minutes until I pay, still don’t have my food or drink. This place is ridiculous.

Really wish they'd go back to the frozen quarter pounder. Mine had that old taste to it. Like it sat out too long. This particular location is very, very busy. And they do not honor $1 any size drink.

Com about 9:10pm Wednesday. There one of the best McDonald up there with jersey McDonald’s near 6 flags. The food was so fresh and delicious and the girl and the window was very nice. Next time I come to Hersey park I would stop here again.

Classic false advertisement. Mcdonalds' food always remains the same but yhe presentation is always entirely different than from the adds which include glasses and plates like a restaurant which McDonald's has never actually been. It has been fast food since the beginning. So the food tasted good like always but just wasnt as shown. Secondly the place was dirty and had more flies in one place than i think i have ever seen

As others have stated, this store doesn't participate in McDonald's standard promotional pricing. All the standard value menu items are twice the price. Also, what McDonald's doesn't carry a standard 6 piece McNugget meal?!? They also forgot my wife's side salad.

It's a great McDonald's. There really is none other like it. I asked the employee taking my order how her night was going and she gave me a genuine answer: "I'm tired." If that isn't customer satisfaction, well what could you possibly want?
